Tasty Pastured Meats
Rose Veal
Grass fed Rose Veal is the tastiest meat that you never knew you were missing.
Once you see how your meatballs could taste or experience a loin chop for the first time, I promise you, your life will be changed.
We call it “Rose Veal” because of its deep pink color. This color is developed through a diet of rich Jersey milk, pasture and hay harvested on our farm. Calves are hand-raised for 5 to 6 months or about 350 lbs.
The result is lean, tender and full of flavor.
Did we mention it makes AMAZING sausage?
Jersey Beef
This is the beef you have been looking for.
The kind that smacks you across the face with flavor.
The kind your guests will be raving about for weeks.
Jerseys produce superb beef that is rich and flavorful.
Expect the fat to be a yellow color, much like the rich yellow hue of Jersey milk.
Springdale Farm beef is raised on grass, silage and a little grain.

Though we don’t pasture our pigs, they have fresh air and sunshine every day and eat the whey left over from our cheese making.
